I want to place a bet on the favourite only when the second favourite's odds are within 1.
e.g. Betfair's Favourite is 3, Betfairs seconds favourite must be lower than 4.
I'm confused by the more thans and less thans so I need to know if this is doing what I think it is:
Can anyone confirm?
Relative Odds Condition - Is this right.

i think you may have that the wrong way round, i think it should be less than, otherwise what you consider to be the favourite is actually the second favourite
For these purposes it doesn't matter who the favourite actually is, as long as the second favourite at the time less than 1 odds behind.MemphisFlash wrote: ↑Wed May 17, 2017 9:26 pmi think you may have that the wrong way round, i think it should be less than, otherwise what you consider to be the favourite is actually the second favourite
At work so don't quote me but think it's Fixed Odds Condition?
I think the OP is correct provided the rule is running on the favourite
translates to me as ...
Place bet if the selection's (fav 1) Back price (3) is > the back price (4-1) of selection in position 2 (fav 2)
ie if 3 > (4-1) = 3 > 3 = false so no bet placed
3.5 and 4 would place a bet because 3.5 > (4-1) = 3.5 > 3 = true
Not sure if you could use 0.99 for the minus instead of 1 - that would then bet when the odds were 3 & 4 or closer
Try in practice mode ?
