Nowt to do with trading, odds or whatever. But well done Burns!!!
Also, is there a wasp's nest out there?
The Ashes - August/September 2019
Bit of a red screen for me at the moment, the Australian bowling was dissappointing overall..
However I would expect a few twists and turns along the way
A real jumpy graph on England so far

I thought the Aussie bowlers bowled well with no luck. Trapping someone LBW and not going to DRS is not helpful when he goes on to make an unbeaten 100. This still looks like any bodies tbh, Don't fancy England chasing anything over 200.

When you see stats like that, what's your natural inclination? To follow trends, or to oppose them? I don't follow cricket so I don't know how the 2019 teams compare to previous years but elsewhere streaks often mean an unjustified expectation that a streak will continue, leading to mispricings.
Are you thinking 9/10 home side wins or 8/10 would be expected?
I tend to be a contrarian by nature when it comes to trading. I would also assume such stats are already priced in and then look for a opportunity to exploit that. I dont usually pay a lot of attention to stats, I posted the one above purely out of interest, it wouldnt really factor in to my trading. I am much more interested in looking for situations where the market is either overbought or oversold in a given situation.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 9:48 pmWhen you see stats like that, what's your natural inclination? Not trying to put these stats down in anyway as they are interesting in their own right but personally it would not play a part in any decision I makeShaunWhite wrote: ↑Fri Aug 02, 2019 9:48 pmWhen you see stats like that, what's your natural inclination?
