problems with automation

hi all, just a quick one. Very new to automation and having major issues with DOBing. Don't know what I'm doing wrong but I think it has something to do with the RULE TRIGGER TIMES. I currently have them set at 00:00:01 after start time and 00:00:10 after start time. I'm convinced that this is where my problem lies. Any help would be most appreciated. TIA
