In a few hours we'll see Brazil vs Portugal
According to this poll Portugal is outsider (no votes so far) and Brazil is the favourite that plays with hands at times  . Is their turn to lose now ???

it's half time, 0:0 But on yellow cards which go left and right Portugal win, 4:3. Did Brazilians play with hand, off course they did  . JUAN getting a yellow for stopping Ronaldo's attack but really it should have been red. A few chances for Brazilians though. Louis Fabiano had his but this time he didn't use his hand so still nil nil

I tipped a lay on Brazil on the blog. I voted for Argentina but I will have to wait till tomorrow to see if that is still a good idea.

It was a heart vote. I watched Italy playing 3 world cup finals and 1 european final, I am still full of happiness and sadness for that. never seen them playing as bad ..good we are out. I had 3 wishes for this world cup, i got 2 0ut 3 so far (ENGLAND out, BRAZIL out and SPAIN out.) :D :D
I am still all in for Argentina. I am not sure if i have to green up tomorrow or in the semifinal.

I voted Brasil, but now they are off I'd tip Spain. They made a very smart game against Portugal. Backing them when they lost to Switzerland was a smart move. The only thing that worries me is the poor exibition they displaied against Chile...

Bollocks, I'm out. Didn't think Germany would walk over Argentina like this!

I didn't think I'd ever see the organised, methodical, German machine playing such brilliant free flowing football

The word 'bollocks' is too weak, personally I think the word f**k is more approporiate. Lucky I closed all trades just before Germany took the free kick and went 2-0 up, so saved myself from a bloodbath, but still, yet another bad bet :x

4-0 to the Germans, that's really impressive, a rock solid defense (good in the air due their height) combined with a power-house counter-attack.

i'd never seen so much red 3 minutes into a game in my life. spent the whole day making it back! thought this would be much more closely fought, or at least start off cagey
