Sound alert bot - when the right odds

Hi,

Is it possible to set up a sound alarm when odds hit certain value ? (eg.PLAY sound IF back Odds=2.0)
I dont want to place any bets.I dont want to do anything about it, just the alarm when odds hit certain value.
