The problem is the Democrats have some absolute sewer rats in their midst......Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar are far more dangerous to the the future of USA than Trump.

Vote for Biden abd you vote for these individuals
Can qualify this?

Do you disregard it being dangerous or don't believe it to be true that Trump is A) doing everything within reach to make an election in a democracy be as un-democratic as possible, B) ignoring the precedent set by his own party four years prior on SCOTUS nominations, C) turning SCOTUS - the moral and legal compass of the US - into something which will bring the nation towards a religious dogma, and away from a modern society, D) pandering to white supremacists, who're ready to commit domestic terrorism. ????

Or do you simply feel that's a goal over means scenario, because you agree with the political direction?

Which actions do you see AOC and Omar being able to take, if Biden becomes president? Moreover, how do come to conclusion that 2 (!!!) members of a 435 (!!!) house of reps (who may or may not be given a position within a potential Biden administration) - in a trident of checks and balances between House of Reps, Senate, and the president - can cause more dangerous actions with regards to future of a nation, than someone holding full power over one part of the trident?

Are there truly actions, you're foreseeing as dangerous?

Or do you simply feel that a society moving in the opposite direction of your political observation is "dangerous" by definition? And you somehow feel comfortable stating it as fact, with as a different forum member noted, a slur in there.

There's any number of politicians where I, to varying degrees, disagree with their policy and where they're looking to take their countries. Where I would use the word - I don't know - unfortunate or regretable. But dangerous is such a hyberbole statement, which shouldn't be used lightly. What's dangerous is the actions of Trump, I started out with. Danger is leaders flirting with abolishing democracy.

Unfortunately there's no ''Hear Hear' emoji so +1

There's only one politician that deserves to be called a 'sewer rat'. That's the one that like rats, is happy to spread diseases, not wear face masks, hold massive rallies and offer to kiss all the attendees knowing that he's just had the virus.

I think AOC and Omar are more dangerous to the future of the Democratic party than to the country as a whole. There's going to be a massive struggle within the party going forward, AOC and Omar are way further to the left than the likes of Biden so maybe the party will split in two and give voters a genuine third option in the future.

These kinds of political dilemmas come along for all parties from time to time. What to do with the fringe and do they need to be catered for. My view is you let them go on their own, stick to the core values of the centre and then know that they will probably vote with you on 90+% of votes in any case. With them out of the party it frees one up to criticise their views that are wacky and dangerous in a way that more difficult when they are in the party.

In Australia AOC and Omar would be in the “Green” party which is way further to the left than Labor. And then in Australia we have One Nation which way further to the right.

I bristle a bit at the terms far left and far right because I don’t consider them to be on a continuum with centre parties out of post enlightenment thinking. More a circle where you get authoritarianism/ totalitarianism when you move from the centre and these “far” parties look in many ways similar. They get their secret police to do similar things for different reasons. But in the end it’s tyranny.

Trump down below 3.0 again for the first time in the last few days (that I have noticed). Now best price to back 2.96.

Hilary disagrees with you.

This article is a good read https://quillette.com/2020/10/07/sex-an ... residency/

Takeaway - Trump is the first pornographic president.

Trump says he's going to make America great again. I wonder how many of his supporters will remember he said that four years ago.

You have to consider that MAGA's are fundamentalists. They remember & they believe. For that reason alone I dont think 2016 voters will change their vote, infact if anything I see with things like the walk away movement that's hes actually grown.

Around 140 million voted in 2016 - those that didn't see their vote as important & newly eligible could be the difference this time around.

It hardly looks good for Biden, I mean about 20 people turn upto one of his events & the people who you could hear the most were chanting MAGA & TRUMP. Mike Pence, the most boring man on earth even pulled a crowd of 4000 to his last event.

Trump has more support than people realise, look at how Qanon has spread across the Globe like wildfire, Social Media now rushing to ban it.... they dont ban any other conspiracy or truth seeker pages/groups, it's because support for Trump is growing off the back of it, in America and across the Globe, I mean its pretty much now a household name.

Qanons/MAGA'S Fundamentalists & its growing fast.

One of them was a drive in rally too so they had no excuse not to be there - he really is having a hard time getting anyone excited like I've said numerous times before...here is a poll done today how excited people are in Florida to vote:

Left: Extremely Enthusiastic

18-29: 39.5%
30-44: 55.3%
45-64: 61.8%
65+: 66.4%

Right: Certain/Already Voted

18-29: 68.0%
30-44: 80.7%
45-64: 92.9%
65+: 94.8%

Most of the attendees were his staff too  tbf though, most of his supporters are far too busy inside of the comment section of Trumps twitter account. I have to laugh when going through it, the same accounts are at the top of the replies every time...

I'm struggling to understand Bidens price but I can't bring myself to flick on CNN to try and get an understanding of it.

Pelosi had a meltdown on CNN last night so that was funny (probably the reason Biden drifted a few ticks)

Just had a watch... 1min in and 5:45 are particularly funny.

Clearly she doesn't want the cheque to go out before the election, that's really poor from Nancy.

Couldn't help but go and listen to this after watching that Pelosi breakdown.

That was a car crash of an interview! Pelosi was all over the place.

Funny at the end of the interview where both of them were trying to have the last word. At the very end Blitzer talks about seeing people begging for food and money on the street and Pelosi asking if he gave them some! Typical media hypocrisy though if he or CNN cared that much about people like that then why don't they talk about them rather than spend 99% of every hour talking about Trump?
