I have been asked quite a lot if there is an accurate way of identifying how much injury time is added to a match as their 2nd half strategy is time dependant. As a rule most add around 2mins but if there is a long injury or incident, this can be much longer causing their 2nd half bet to fire too early.

I started building a bot last year but because I don't have any strict time dependant strats personally, I put it on hold until now.

The way I have approached it is by setting a stored value from the 45th min every 10secs on the half time score market and this will repeat until the market suspends. Each stored signal is set with a value of the minute, for example 45min 10sec would be 4510 and 47min 30 secs will be 4730. Then depending on which amount was triggered last, indicates how much time has been added on so you can adjust your 2nd half bets accordingly.

This is still in testing but is working very well. I understand a condition which will be included in the new version of BAP will enable the bot to place your bets on the 60th min for example as you can set the bet to fire 1800secs from the last stored value which would be the 60th min (15min HT break & 15min into H2).

This is also reliant on the HT break being exactly 15mins so maybe 30secs either way accuracy for lower leagues.

I will release this bot when the new version of BAP is released and the current version of the bot i'm working on highlights the added time to the nearest 10sec in the watchlist. The future version will be to the nearest second.

I hope this is something that will help.

Cheers,
Lee
