Neymar style reactions from the line judge, brilliant
It was a superb over reaction

She'll sell her story to the media. I can see the headline "Novak tried to kiil me"
I feel that's an unfair assessment. I've taken my fair share of footballs flush in the face/head, and even a tennis ball. You usually remain on your feet, for whatever reason when it's the head. The one time I took a squash ball on the neck (while not seeing in coming), I went down like a sack of potatoes instantly. I would think there's a fight or flight-like crouch response if your brain detects your throath being "attacked".

Looks like he was knocking it back for her to catch and she wasn't taking notice. It would be a bit of a shock bang on the windpipe but there was obviously no malace or anger...otherwise it would have been going 50mph quicker.

Surely you don't get disqualified for a freak accident?

Now Sky says it was a moment of anger. I wish they'd just flipping show it so I can see for myself!

The main stream media and thus everyone else hates him because of his stance on covid so they'll find any excuse to agree with the disqualification

Cheers Peter, yes, that was just a lob, though it should have been aimed at the ball boy/girl.

I wouldn't go so far as to say I hate him but I was dismayed by that dipstick's Covid-19 views. That aside, I think it was a bit harsh.

Took all my liability out, then took a small green when it was going against her. So, naturally, she broke back in the 3rd set

I'd just typed "Brady running Putintseve off the court so far"

Then she got a break back - alot more to do to get back into this match
