Hi
Yesterday, due to problems with betfair they had to give me a new account and transfer all my details from my old one.
Today I have tried to log into BetAngel but can't under my new Betfair username/account, my old account has been removed so I cannot log in under that either.
I have the software on my machine for Bet Angel and it is paid for but cannot now use it because I cannot log in under my previous Betfair account as it no longer exists and cannot log in to Bet Angel under my new betfair account details as it does'nt recognise them
I really could do to sort this out quickly as it is very frustrating and all courtesy of those wonderful people at BETFAIR!!!!
If anybody could please advise or help ASAP, this would be greatly appreciated.

hi, if you email support they will be able to activate your bet angel licence for use with the new betfair account.

Email [email protected] and inform them of what has happened as they need to link your BF account with your BA subscription. Until that is done for your new account you won't be able to login to BA though you should be able to login to BF via their website if you need to close positions etc.
