What time is the "morning price"?

I read about the morning price on Betfair Exchange, but what time are we generally talking?

Some data providers will have data at 11am but with very little money in the market at that time, the price could change fairly quickly.

I read about the morning price on Betfair Exchange, but what time are we generally talking?

If they meant a given time they'd say it. It's just more fairly meaningless filler padding out the airtime and newspaper inches. It's a throwback to when the shops opened at 9am rather than a 247 exchange.
