Hi there is anyone getting an oversized video meaning bigger than the standard size when opening the live video from Betfair exchange?

Also is the an option to open the video in picture in picture mode? (not using Firefox a Im also having a playback issue with Racing TV through Betfair Live video) I am using either Chrome or Edge.

In edge there is no option only on youtube but not when opening the live video via betfair live video or on the main betfair exchange page button.

Ive tried the extensions available but they dont recognise the video.

Betfair changed something about their video feed for RacingTV tracks on 28th Sept. Not only are the streams resized but they are unusable on Firefox, getting only about one frame per second refresh speed. Streams from ATR tracks remain unchanged and continue to work fine.

Many people have complained to Betfair but with no avail.

Yes I've also noticed that the frame rate is very slow.

These are the errors I have found.

I have submitted a Bugzilla report to Firefox and forwarded it to RacingTV and Betfair Customer Support.

I only ever use Firefox and the video has always been fine. I'm not saying there isn't some sort of compatability isuue but it's not just Firefox per se.

Are you saying that loading a Betfair Live stream from a RacingTV track in Firefox has no issues for you? What version of Firefox are you running please?

I'll double check that tomorrow (today) Huntington & Punchestown.

It's v118.0.1

The only Extensions I have are AdBlock Plus and AdBlocker for YouTube.
And these two Plugins

I removed all Adblock Plus extensions (all extensions were removed). I also have same the codecs you have and same version 118.0.1 for 64 bit. I'm assuming you also have it for 64 bit?

The oversizing issue seems like it has been resolved. I will check back after the first race to confirm this and see if the lagging issue has been resolved.

Firefox is still lagging. I got a response from Firefox/Github saying they cant access the video. I explained to them you need an account etc. So still waiting for a reply.

The oversizing seems to have resolved on Firefox. So at least something is going well.
