No Silks on any races!!

Hi all,

Anyone else getting no silks showing on any of todays races?? they are showing on BF, but not in BA...
Im using _b1 version.

Any work arounds?

Yes, no silks showing at all on BA

There is an option on the 'Behaviour' tab in your main settings area to 'Use an alternative source for silks' in the cases when BF haven't uploaded them properly on the API

They are working fine with that enabled
EDIT; That should say the 'Communications' tab, not the Behaviour tab

Did you switch to another market after enabling it?

BF have fixed whatever it was you should be able to see them if its ticked or not now

Have you tried logging out and back in again?

Sometimes restarting Bet Angel will help in these situations.

Betfair have announced today they are changing the silks feed again. So we will update to that feed with immediate effect.

A click on the communications silk alternatives check box and a restart sorted it out.

I was using 1.61.0_b1 as I didnt realise there was a new version out as the home page when you open up BA still shows that 1.61.0 is the latest version. So I have updated to the 1.61.1 now.

New Version showing wrong version 1.61.0 rather than 1.61.1 100224.jpg

Also the sidebar has gone missing on Guardian. I have raised it on the forum but no response yet. I need to re create a new Guardian profile but I have no idea how I done it last time it happened, still waiting for a response from anyone.

I just posted a reply on the release thread for your question relating to the version number

The Guardian sidebar hasn't been changed in years, sounds like you've probably unticked the 'Show Sidebar' box on the 'Markets' tab of the Guardian ribbon
