Santa Anita TPD failure

Tried raising a support ticket for this but 'captcha' refused to believe I wasn't a robot.

Santa Anita is a TPD track and was working fine up until yesterday when all races failed; "Unable to connect Santa Anita Park (US) to Total Performance Data. The race is not supported by their service".

Just checking this issue is being investigated so there is no problem this coming weekend for the Breeders' Cup.

We are aware of this and think we know what has caused it so are just waiting for this evenings races to start so we can double check.

Thanks for the reply. Santa Anita not running again until Friday evening. Breeders' Cup is Sat and Sun.
