Oni su rekli da će im trebati 5 dana. Nakon toga sam pitao u četu jel se može još nešto napraviti i kažu da ne. Da je to najviše što se moglo javiti. Vikende ne računaju u te dane. Zmači do srijede mora biti gotovo. Ukoliko ne bude ja ne znam što dalje raditi....

They said it would take 5 days. After that, I asked the company if anything else could be done and they said no. That was the most that could be done. Weekends are not counted in those days. So it must be finished by Wednesday. If not, I don't know what to do next...
Just wait for the process to complete, not many customers end up owing Betfair 1k!
