Quick question, there are times when my rules are only actioned if the event is opened in the main betangel page, rather than remaining in the guardian list. This can be a problem if a race starts late, beyond the time of the following race. Though sometimes rules are triggered regardless of what event is open, i cant work out what determins this. Is there a way to ensure bets are triggered to all events listed in guardian, regardless of whether it is open in the main betangel page?

This refresh rate shown in the 'Markets' tab indicates how fast Guardian will cycle through the list of loaded markets.
Set to 20ms this means Guardian will cycle through up to 50 markets per second. So if you have 1000 markets loaded, each market will refresh around once every 20 seconds.
To cycle quicker you need to set Guardian to refresh quicker and/or reduce the number of markets loaded.
There is also a setting that restricts refresh to period of time before and after the scheduled off-time. Make sure this setting falls within the timeframe you require. eg in this example a market will only refresh up to 900 seconds (15 mins) before, and up to 3600 seconds (60 mins) after the scheduled off-time.
