Traded range in automation

Ive currently been using a strategy with 1 of the conditions being that the horse must be trading at the top of its previously traded range. I was wondering if there is a way to check this when automating, ie id like to check that its in the top x percentage of its previously traded range. Thanks

Just one question on how these automations work sorry, when we say top 10% of traded range, is this by volume? So if a thousand pounds had been bet it would have to be above the point where that top £100 was bet? Because obviously you could have a couple of low volume ticks that could skew the results
