This morning i loaded BA and my saved filters have disappeared? Any advice on how i can get them back?

I'd try a reboot, and when you open BA again, check the dropdown options under 'profile.' I've asked a similar question on here before.

It's saved my ladder setting etc but my filters have gone?

Bit late now but filter settings are stored in filterSettings.cfg in your Bet Angel Professional folder. It's worth having that file in your daily backup set, along with watchlistProfiles.cfg.
