I found an addon on MS Edge which may be useful to manual traders.

It is called 'Easy Auto Refresh', which will automatically refresh pages at a period you select.

I often look at industry prices on a few screens including The Sporting Life Racecard, Live Show pages, which does not refresh automatically for me.
