Matched Bet Time condition?

Hi,

When creating a rule file, I've seen there is a Unmatched Bet Time Condition and a Fill or Kill Bet Time Condition, but I was wondering f there was a way to place a bet or green up using Matched Bet time condition? e.g. only green up 120+ seconds after a bet on the market has been matched

You could save SV of matched bets and then use that SV in Stored Value Change Condition.
