Stored Values and or Signals not on log

Why would SVs or Signals not be shown on the log when ticked to show so?
It has been happening for a while now
I wont say how long
Sometimes eg
The Eng Prem I load 6 games
Only 1 SV
Horse racing same
First race

????

If they aren't in your log it'll mean the rule didn't trigger for some reason
