Hi all,

I've had Bet Angel crash / close itself a couple of times recently. I've been AFK both times so I didn't see it happen or if there was any particular error code.
So I have a couple of questions:

1. Does anyone know if there's a way to interrogate my system (Windows 11) to find a log or something to debug why the program closed?
2. Do other people experience this / is this common?

Luckily I was in practice mode both times so no harm done, but I can't have confidence with set-and-forget automation if the software is unstable.

I had about 200 markets open in Guardian when it crashed today, but it was only refreshing them an hour before kickoff and then in-play, so not more than about 30 at any one time, and the crash actually happened this morning at about 11am when there was barely anything going on. Any ideas? I'm fairly sure it's not my PC as it's only a year old and pretty much top spec for a consumer grade PC.

Thanks!

If you have a load of markets and data piling up in Guardian it may be that your hard drive ran out of space. Check that.

Thanks Euler. I have well over 1TB free on my main C: drive, so I don't think it's that - unless Bet Angel limits itself somehow? But anyway, it crashed early this morning about an hour into the session when there wasn't much going on, and has happily worked fine continuously since I got back at about 3pm.

Any other ideas?
Cheers,
JT

If you are getting an error message, then send that to support so they can have a look at it.

I was AFK when it happened, so I just came back to my PC and it wasn't running.
I'm asking if there's some sort of error message in a log somewhere.
