Hi there,

I've recently bought BA (subscribed annually  ) due to the best marketing they've been doing on youtube.

But unfortunately, refund is not possible which is ridiculus!!

The most of the features don't fit my needs apart from the ladder.

Today,I've tried sending unmatched bets to market by using manual bets and I've set the odds and stake, clicked back.It was already matched!I mean it's manual bet section and it has a back/lay button. But when I click the back button next to the manual odds section that I've just adjusted,it backs the horse at the current price.

I'm compeletely dissatisfied with the software and can not get a refund,so funny!

Remember that Betfair will always match at the best price. So even if you send a back bet and ask for a price of 2.0 using manual bet but the current price is 5.0 then Betfair will match you at 5.0.

This is a property of the exchange. It is not a problem with the software.

You're doing something wrong

If you ask for a price and press back, it doesn't back at the current price unless your settings aren't correct, or the price you've asked for is already available

My initial advice is to ask for help rather than ask for your money back. You'll get plenty of helpful advice here, but not with an attitude like that

Well in my opinion its not just a marketing gimmick..
there are still 30 odd races left today to pay for your annual subscription...
You'd be throwing a gold mine away...

Hi.

How come you didn't try BA's free version or the full version for a shorter time?

BA is just a tool, a very good one indeed, but it will not help you if you aproach the markets with wrong ideas.
