Hi

While placing a bet in play earlier using bet angel the message unknown error appeared at the bottom left. The bet has not been placed but the money has disappeared from my balance. Has anyone ever experienced this problem before and is there a reason for this or an easy way to fix this. Not looking forward to trying to get betfair to sort this, their customer service don't seem to be very good.
