I sent two emails to betangel require support, however and do not get answer.
I need to change my betfair username that I use in betangel, is this possible? (or use both, not at the same time)

I just checked with support and understand your first email was received Saturday morning and the case was updated and closed first thing this morning (Monday).

Please note that support responds within 24 hours but this can take longer at the weekends.
