Full Market Depth Missing

I am having a problem with my ladder interface. I have full markey depth selected in settings but for some markets nothing appears.

The ladder looks like the image below and BA will not accept any bets.

R = 62 and Calls = 15 so my connection looks good.

I have tried removing full market depth but on some markets BA will not accept bets. It beeps as if it has accepted a bet but no bet is placed. (I am using min bets and I am well within my liability setting)

I can restore functionality by closing down BA and restarting, alternatively if I wait until the next market it is usually fine.

Am I doing something wrong.

Maybe you are logging in a non API mode?

Check your settings as well, the spanner on the main screen.

Thanks for your replies.

I was logging in as default mode 0. During the course of a days meetings this would happen about three times when Guardian switched to a new market. I found that by switching back to the previous market and then immediately forward to the new market the problem cleared itself.

I have since used the knowledgebase article (link supplied by support, thanks) and have adjusted my settings to the recommended levels and the problem didn't recur the next day.
