Racing at Hamilton delayed by at least an hour following accident

Even though the 14:45 at Hamilton has been delayed by one hour it shows how much automation is going through the market. Any manual traders trading the 14:45 ? There are bots working on regardless of the delay. £211k at 00:00.

Same in-running when there is a late withdrawal and BF don't pull the non-runner from the market.
