What is happening to my automation rule?

I am new to Betangel. I am trying to write a simple rule to back, then lay certain Under 2.5 goals, around 1 hour before kick off, then green/red up right after kick off.

I am having little success, but when I went back to edit (view) my rule, I notice on the general part of the rule, the name at the bottom (applies to selection) which should read 2.5 goals has disappeared and there is nothing to select from. Please help, I have tried in the newbies part of the forum and no one is helping.
