Suggestion for "Limit Data Request Controller/Limiter" for want of a better name.
What I mean is that we all know that if we fire up extra copies of BAP as I do (one for Football and one for Horse Racing, etc) then we have to go into the Settings, Communications to adjust the Limit Data Request down to value so the sum does not exceed 20.
What I would like is an option for BAP to go though a router program which you set to say 15. Then all instances of BAP loaded on the same machine route though this so you don't have to adjust the "Limit Data Request" setting and you can never break the limit if you fire up a copy and forget to perform this adjustment.
Long winded explanation I am afraid but could be useful.

Good idea except for two points:
1 - This would add extra processing overhead that we don't need. Perfomance overall would be compromised
2 - You can already use Guardian and the Watch lists to switch between multiple markets really quickly without compromising data calls or performance.
I think there are already ways of getting close to what you have suggested.

I have tried that but unfortuantly they all use the same Global Settings. I use totally different global settings for each sporting market.
