I'm bad enough remembering what day of the week it is anyway, but this is the time of year where it doesn't seem to matter. Just hope I put my food waste out on the right day. :)

Ive just realized that it's a pretend boxing day public holiday today. That explains it.

For Australian racing today I'm expecting Flemington to trade ok-ish :? and the rest of the meetings to be as weak as any other Friday meeting.

Don't you ever take a day off? I'm recuperating from doing my end-of-year accounts. :)

Kensington on Saturday. Doesn't trade as well as Randwick. Must be the way they roll the grass.

Kettle calling the pot black?

Day off - nope. I am a 20/7 operation (there is about a 4 hour gap between the end of the greyhounds in the UK and the start of Australian racing). Automation never tires.

I just had a detailed look at my results for the last three months - I'd post up a screen shot (but I've recently criticised screen shots  ) and what would it mean? It probably wouldn't be helpful to anyone else.

I thought it traded well, Flemington felt like a normal summer saturday market so will be interesting to see how caulfield gets on today

10,000 people at Ascot! At least it's nice to hear the crowd again.
