Still isn't working correctly.

Given the sh!t given to BF over these kind of things I only think it fair to highlight how utterly terrible Betdaq have been over this. No public acknowledgement for ages today despite several complaint. Then they have only managed the one post about it all afternoon.

If they want to try and take market share from Betfair they have pi$$ed off plenty of their loyal customers the last two days and done nothing to show they are better than Betfair in these kind of situations.

Totally inept!

Betdaq slowed down nowadays, sometimes it is impossible to login and API is slow ( i am user of different trading software).
I would be grateful if anyone still trading at the purple would share their latest experience.

I don't know it's Betdaq itself or trading software to blame, but i'm seriously considering switching to Betangel to improve my trading experience.

Why not give it a go. The software is free so all you need to do is download it and try it out for yourself.

I didn't know, that Betangel for Betdaq is free, thanks for this info.

Just had my first winner with Betdaq and it seems this software works without any glitch. :roll:
Going for further testing.

Y, I've been speaking to them this morning. The problem only affects certain ISP's at the moment so that's an issue. Work is ongoing. Not everybody affected.

Yeah, just made few trades with Betangel and markets completely crashed, tried to re login, but received this error:

Impossible reach their website also.. :(

The just tweaked something on the website and it's loaded just fine now for me.

Hopefully the end of the issue.

Thanks everyone for sharing your experience, i was thinking that i'm alone encountering this strange behavior of daq.

can login,but pre selected markets don't connect and can't select new markets

Guessing no one else is using Betdaq but is anyone else seeing issues?

They are being very slow to turn markets inplay and the 2:00pm wouldn't show my current bets position. Despite having lays they didn't seem to get matched but the marketr had gone through the price.

It was the same on the website as the API
