Soccer in-play not using global settings

Has anyone else had this issue. Since upgrading a couple of days ago it seems that when i place a bet on an in-play soccer match the global settings are been ignored on both the one click and ladder interfaces, and yes the icon to enable these settings is selected on both screens. Also the bets are not been recorded in the log file except for when they are cancelled. :?

I have submitted a support request as well.

All sorted now just needed a slight change in the communications settings, thank to customer support for sorting it. :D
