Unable to open Bet Angel

Hi all,

Hope this is ok to ask this question, i've been having problems trying to open Bet Angel since the recent Windows Update. I've used system restore, gone back to most recent settings that work etc, and all I keep getting is this error message. I've checked I have all updated SP3 (I'm on Windows XP) and the very latest .NET framework. I've uninstalled, re-installed, re-downloaded and repaired - nothing. I'm really at a loss, can anybody offer any advice on this or has encountered it before?. I'm losing out and need to get this software back online as it's coming up to a real busy time of trading for me. Have attached screenshot of error.Thanks for any help.

Bet Angel doesn't use the latest version of .NET.

You need to ensure you have .NETv2 installed.

Thanks for helping, it didn't work though I already had that installed according to that tool. Deeper issues elsewhere, I have now updated to Windows 8 all fine. Thanks again.
