The Clerk of the Scales objected to DARYZ (FR), placed sixth, ridden by Mickael Barzalona on the grounds of the rider failing to weigh in. The Clerk of the Scales, Mickael Barzalona, the Raceday Assistant and Adam McNamara were all interviewed. Having heard the evidence of all parties present, as well as viewing the security footage of the scales, the Stewards were satisfied that Barzalona had presented himself to be weighed with all his equipment but the weight had not been recorded and therefore were satisfied the correct weight had been carried throughout the race and confirmed the placing of DARYZ (FR).
