cant open betangel

Hi Lads
Can anyone tell me why i cant get into betangel
been trying all night,
i can sign in on web page no problem
my account was paid on 6th april with paypal.
i have a load of work to do and cant get in? anyone help?

i dont think its betangel subscription problem because the free basic betangel is giving me the same message,

Have you ran the diagnostics tool that may give you a indication as to the problem

unable to connect to remote server ?
what do i do now i wonder ?

If you have a anti-virus or firewall it may of updated with or without you knowing you could try rebooting you pc see if that helps
