What on earth is going on with betfair?

What on earth is going on with betfair, this is impossible its almost ground to halt, how on earth are you supposed to know the status of your bets, trades or anything else. The ladder interfae is rendered useless as it does not update, markets won't load, i have no idea as to the status of any bets or trades now which is hopeless. I assume we are all in the same boat? Sadly it appears to be the titanic!
