You would have to be short given the overall uncertainty in the debt markets in general. A weak and unstable uk government unable to push through the necessary reforms wont help to settle the markets nerves in any case.....
Yes. Go long. The City needs some stable information and confidence....and at least some kind of political party in "power".
Always short pre any election and close the position....then go long and await the correction.
