Best way I have found is to check the formwatch comments on the sporting life website, then cross reference by watching the replay videos on At the races and Racing UK websites. All free information.

how can you watch the previous RUK videos for free? It says on their website you have to be a member? Did you go through the sportinglife website, I think it says on there that you must have a skybet account.

I just registered with RUK and can watch the videos, links to available videos on their race cards, no costs involved.

Betdaq also now show all the replays from RUK tracks too.

You can watch ATR replays on the Attheraces site, or watch both on sportinglife.com, though you need a skybet account to log in.
