Markets stuck on "Retrieving markets"

Hi,
my betangel (in guardian) is stuck on "retrieving markets" in the market selection.
I have tried it on different computers. I have tried restarting computer. I have tried it on a high speed internet VPN, and the problem exists.

In betangel (not guardian) I have tried File>Select Market>refresh and the same probelem exists.

Same problem here - I thought it might be an Australian BF problem - but BF is working fine - BA shows balance OK - but when I go to select market it just sits there.

Hope it gets fixed - although as it's 0210 in the UK that would not appear likely in the short term.

Hey guys,

Experiencing the same here. I think the problem lies with Betfair though. I signed up to a different software vendor to see if I could access the markets there but same issue appeared.

I've notified Betfair but they are adamant that the problem is not on their end.

Shame. Was kinda looking forward to tonight's NBA action.

Hi All,
I just spoke with BF Australia and sent them a screen shot of the freeze in the retrieving markets, and they accept the problem is with Betfair not Betangel and they are now trying to resolve the problem. Hope it gets fixed up soon.

Didn't realise other vendors names were verboten. Instead of the words "other software" above I typed a vendor's name. I wasn't sending anyone to another vendor just hoping for recognition of a common theme to lead to a solution. Might need to fix a G&T.

The 'other software' doesn't get blocked out on the homepage when a new post has appeared, only when you open the thread - so I know what you wrote!

Back to the problem, I'm not even getting "retrieving markets" anymore, just a blank screen

I still get the "retrieving markets" message. You're not missing much .
I can open and bet in markets I already had loaded in Guardian, pretty much done with them for now though.

Got the same problem, just get a blank screen when uploading markets. Anyone got any updates
