They acknowledged the problem and gave the reason earlier in this thread, as the issue lies at BetFair there is nothing that can be done at there end

Hi All,

I have been in touch with Betfair several times today and once with Bet Angel. Both agree it is a BF problem but they need BF (UK) to fix it. I have given up today and hope it is right on Friday morning.

ok thanks for letting me know.

so fed up...trying to trade by doing it through betfair website is really cumbersome when compared to trading through the betangel trading platform.

I don't use Betdaq, could any users say whether BA is working ok on Betdaq?

Working perfectly fine on Betdaq but that's not a surprise because, as previously stated, this is definitely a Betfair issue - major shocker :o

Interested to know why Guardian from yesterday is OK?

There is obviously a technical reason why BA can retrieve those markets, but not new ones (always nice to know how these things work)

try to press guardian button on main betangel screen.

Works fine in other software but really, I need BA to start working. Be great when this is sorted but since nout canna do about it, other software and manually on BF site (also okay) is today's way it seems.
