You need to speak to Betfair about account related issues, we don't have any control or knowledge of individual account issues.

I'm able to log in through BetAngel without any particular issue but I can't retrieve a list of markets. This is all rather strange.

when you have been using betangels for years and its not working its the most unsettling experience any place any time.

i realize it was betfair and not betangel at fault so i am ok now
