When you open paint (as detailed above), you have a square icon (click it) that allows you to then click on the image you've imported and re-size it to remove any personal data. Then press the 'crop' before saving prior to uploading.

Its as i thought you have nt put the "Fix market order" rule type in, click the green plus icon and choose that as a rule type and trigger it once at the off time - that will tell the rule to remember the order of favorites at this moment which means you back bet part of the rule will only trigger if the actual fav at the off time now trades less then 1.2
Not having great results with this so I decided to filter it down to odds on favourites. I changed it to what you suggested in an earlier post Dallas, but it is backing the odds on shot at the off, not at 1.1.

Secondly, every now and again, it is still backing any horse at 1.1, not the favourite. Is that just an occasional blip with BA?

On your conditions change the selections "Back price" to "last traded price" - if its a very short odds on fav at the off when all the money dissappears briefly as the market goes in play this could trigger it prematurely as the back price could dip below 1.1
Alternativly leave it as "Back price" but arm the rule a few seconds into the race to allow the odds to settle down more
With the fix market order condtion it can only back another runner if this was not triggered - if all your markets are in guardian and not being switched to your main screen its most likely its not being refresehed during the exact second that you have the "Fixed order" set to trigger.
You can find out if this is the cause if next time it happens go into the log and just before it says market suspended it should say "Market order fixed" if not then it has nt triggered which will be because of the above reason
