Last question for a bit .. promise.
If col 1 lay price is 2.10, and I want to send a bet, laying 2.10 + 10 ticks, from the spread (not a custom column), is this possible ?
I have looked, but, the offset settings, seem to refer to what happens, after the initial bet has been matched .. I want to, tick offset the bet sent, from the Back/Lay cols.
Thx, as ever.
Sending a bet at offset to column 1
On a normal layout, the cols are named :
Back
Back -1
Back -2
Back -3
Etc
And then u could have a custom column, which could be set, to be current odds, -10.
I may have asked this before .. but, is there a way, to click the Back column, and send a bet, at a defined offset (10), in this case ?
I seem to recall, u said no .. and I apologise for wasting your time .. but, maybe, I was mistaken.

The offset is controlled by the global setting (you could save a different profile with different global settings when using certain custom columns) and offsets are placed in relation to where the bet is submitted.
Not sure if that answers your question?

Hi,
Maybe, I just dont know enuf about global custom setting, or , really, how to create one.
I am trying to do 2 things : (Mainly in-running)
1. I dont want the bets submitted in custom columns to fil/kill, just lie unmatched.
2. I want bets submitted from the spread, to be fill/kill, with, if possible, an offset to the mkt price.
There appear to be 4 different areas where profiles are created .. so, its taking me some time, to go thru each one, but, will hopefully get there.
Is the fill/kill tab, at the top left of the main screen, the only place where u can define bet persistance ?

Think I may have found it .. Thx for the pointer.
No, I dont think its working.
Its impossible to test in practice mode, as, if u send a bet at for say £2000, at 3.20, if there is £5 available to back .. practice mode fills everything, and u cant test if its fill/killing.
Any other ideas ?

This is really frustrating.
I withdrew all funds, except for £83, and tried to find a lay column, which would cost, £65 if fully match, so, the remainder unmatched, should kil.
I sent £6.67 on Matt Kuchar at odds of 13.0 .. £3 was fully matched, but, the remainder, was left unmatched, and did not kill.
I manually cancelled the bet, 15 secs later.
What am I doing wrong.
I placed the bet, by clicking on the Lay column. Not a custom column.

Ok, I fixed this .. the global settings tab, (the blue cog type thing)under log, needs to be set for each profile.
Am starting to understand how the program works .. but, do feel its missing some flexibility .. at least for people trying to use it in a mobile environment, for in running.
However, can live with most of that, if the speed is good .. and have fewer 'hangs', than with other products I am using.
Will test this week.

Glad you got it sorted, the advantage of having the global setting icon (blue cog) in use for each profile does speed things up and once you have them all set up the way that suits your need then switching between profiles makes it quick and easy to jump from one set of setting to another.
Thx .. I understand the global settings, but, think it restricts users of custom columns, to either have everything sent as fill/kill or not.
I dont see a way, u could have 5 columns keep bets, and 5 fill/kill.
Also, each custom column has no individual flexibility .. u cant offset by 6 ticks on one column, 15 the next.
Or, am I missing something.
Thx again.

You have it correct, all the columns custom or standard are tied to the global setting used for that saved profile.
All you could do is set everything up custom columns etc and save as a profile with global setting set as fill/kill 2 sec and offsets 5 ticks etc
Then save another profile with the columns layed out exactly the same way but change the fill/kill 10 secs and offsets 15 secs etc
So you can jump from one to the other using a profile rather than having to change each indivdual value in the global setting each time you switch between them.
You could set a profile just to enable/disable global settings but it would be just as quick to cross/uncross the cog in this case.
