Practice mode question?

Hi When you buy Betangel it states be careful how many trades you put through in practice mode as betfair could suspend your account, this has made me a tad nervous when I'm applying a new strategy, ideally I'd like to run in practice for a few days before risking any money, the trades on my auto bot are showing 20 or more trades per hour is this too much in practice mode?
Also I don't want to keep switching between live and practice I want to keep the bot running all day
It would be helpful if Betangel could be more specific about how much practice is too much practice.

I sometimes put several thousand bets through a day in practice mode. Betfair have never contacted me.

I thought it was 1000 transactions an hour before it became a concern to Betfair? It does say somewhere in one of the BA youtube vids.

Yeh you need to keep your transactions below 1000 per hour, above and you start paying. Making orders below minimum (£2) counts as 2 orders so try to limit it.

I believe Betfair also may complain if you use the API a lot but don't place any orders but not sure if that is still the case.
