This is probably v trivial, for which I apologise.
I was about to test a automation bot, so, wanted to tie up funds, so, it couldn't do too much damage.
I went to a market, and placed 4 x single backs at 1.56, for £10 (not the right amount, but, it's not important)
The current market was 1.45/1.46, so, 1.56 shud be safe.
I was trying to increment, the unmatched bet, via the unmatched bets tab, and it only lets me, increment, 1 tick at a time. If I highlight the 1.56, a white dialogue box appears, and I can change the price to .. Say 1.70, but, pressing enter, turns the new price red. If I then try and change the new price, it returns to the initial price.
I can't believe u can't change the requested price, apart from in 1 tick increments.
What am I doing wrong.
Also, what does the close button do, in the unmatched bets tab ? I pressed it, and it changed my bet price, from, the price I had manually changed it to, to one below mkt price, which, caused me some financial grief.
Thx
Changing the requested price of an unmatched bet
You can use the ladder screen to drag unmatched bets up or down any number of ticks by holding the left mouse button on it.
The close button will close your position at the best price, if there is not enough money to cover it the 2nd best price will be used and so on.
Also transferring money to your Aus wallet is a quick and easy way to protect your bank when testing automation in live mode

Lovely .. So I literally ripped up 3 figures becos a tab was named wrongly, and I didn't do my homework.
I don't use ladders .. So, are u saying, using a grid, u can't change the requested price, more than one tick at a time ?
How are people using this software ? It has some great features, and your support is 110%, but, it is just so frustrating the way it's been designed, for in-running.

I am totally on tilt .. The log files don't record anything, if an automation file doesn't fire, so u have no clue, as to what the problem is,
Will append .. Yet another question, in the appropriate section.

Yes you can still change it on the once click screen but to do it in more than one increment you need to type it as you have been - when you enter the price in the "white dialogue" box and you change the odds and they become red instead of pressing enter just click on the "Submit Changes" button next to the keep bets and take SP ones and that will make the change for you
Thx lettis, will channel my frustration into tonites T20 game.
Will post the news .. Good or bad.

I have been retesting the manual change odds section, and, due to a combination if things, mainly down to me, I was harsh.
The submit changes tab, was hidden, as I was using a VPS, with little screen space, and had pulled it down etc.
I like the way manual bet works .. but, still find the close button, a little odd.
If u have a back bet, matched in the mkt, and another seperate back, out of the mkt .. so, say its $6 at 1.9, when current price is 1.7, pressing close, backs at 1.7.
If u have a lay bet matched in the mkt, and a back bet, unmatched, for a much bigger stake, pressing close, does u financial harm.
I would advise anyone, to seriously handle the close button, with kid gloves.
