I look for create boot automatisation whith historical odd less 1s.
For example back less 0.5 seconde ago it equal 3.8
Actual back or actual sp it <3.8.

Are you asking if you can create a rule to bet if the odds are less now than they where a number of seconds ago?

If so then yes using the "historic relative odds cond" will allow you to specify a number of ticks and time between two points
