Offset Batches not working for me

Hi

I'm fairly new here but have been dipping in and out of Betfair for several years. I've never really used Bet Angel until now and I am loving the automation functionality in Guardian.

I am currently struggling with getting Offset Batches to work. I have it set to 10 batches but as soon as Guardian fires my back bet in it is also firing in the offset bet before it has been matched. My understanding of batch offset is that it fires the offset bet into the market in batches as the original bet is matched. Have I misunderstood this or am I doing something wrong? (Please see attached screenshot).

Thanks LeTiss. Is that not for fill or kill bets though?

Yeah it is, but you have a 10 second delay set, however no box ticked. The kill or fill section won't operate without that box being ticked

The batches work alongside that, otherwise the offset bet will be placed immediately. If you have the box ticked the offset batches will only work once an initial bet has been matched
