Guys, I have been on Betfair and been using BetAngel for around 10 years. Now, what I am about to say has nothing to do with BetAngel. I just want to tell you this. Over these 10 years if I put on, say, a £3 bet I tend to win around 75% of the races. But I must tell you this, in recent weeks I have upted the stakes to around £400 a race. Now I use RUK and ATR so I can see the probable winner. But as soon as I put on the bigger stake I lose - every flipping time. But if I return to say, £10 stakes I win. Guys this has been going on for years. There's something undermining going on. We will never know of course because all gambling is corrupt and this is why today I have finished with |Btefair/BetAngel. So if you are wise, take my lead, and just drop it!!

Surly you going from a few quid to £400 wouldn't make a differance to the outcome???

Are you talking about punting or trading?

That is exactly what I am saying. You know Betfair is peer to peer betting. But I just don't believe that any more. There's some corruption going on - that is my belief! Can't prove it but I sometimes think Betfair-Roulette you never win!!

Well, you need to look at your own statistics. Back in 2013 I signed up with Band de Binary options website. Set up a demo account and was winning $ooo but as soon as I played for real money - lost everything. I guess in the broader realm of things there are syndicates controlling Betfair and they dictate who will win - not us!

Tell us more and maybe someone could help. Betting/trading?
Either way I hope your matter can be resolved.

You seem pretty hurt. You need to rid your emotion. If whatever you was doing when you were in profit was used from skill or you manually pressing a button. This could be a mental problem resulting in your loss.

We need more information to help you, if not...

As hard as it is you must be honest to yourself and take the positive from this moment.
You have to move forward and maybe your system only works with £10 stakes.

These moments happen to all of us, Its life. Life is hard. You need to learn how to move forward.

Every trader on the planet has lost their bank, got angry scared and cried at some point because of trading.

I hope you fix it. Good luck.

Generally increasing stakes do lead to diminishing returns or else I'd be a multi-billionaire by now.

But also, as the market has matured, there seems to a propensity for people to trade order flow rather than direction.

Increasing stakes like that changes the way you think and behave

You may not realise it, but analyse what was different about the way you actually traded?

Trading with £10 is a piece of cake - the losses are very manageable when they go against you, and for small stakes you remain calm, as you're not panicking

However, a £400 stake that moves 4/5 ticks the wrong way is a big loss to stomach. That then makes you frustrated, angry and you start trading recklessly to recover your position

I don't dispute things have changed, and I am often questioning BF's actions, but don't leave BA because of that.....Peter's kids will go without food otherwise
