What are the chances of England's match odds moving in a couple of tick pre-off?

Haven't dabbled with football for ages, any opinion on the odds coming in/drifting out on today's game?

England is still the luckiest of all you have mentioned above...If England reached the quarter final is already an astonishing achievement; almost like a final..

Surely the other side of the draw has the most likely winner. Practily 3 finals to make it to a final that side and playing in shorter days rest then the Croatia side.
This could play to the stregths of a squad like England mind... Changeable fresher squad could be advantage now.
