I was trading today alongside a friend of mine on his laptop. He uses another program
(despite my protestations that BA is better 
)I noticed a great feature he had which made trading a lot easier, and would be a fantastic addition to BA for me, and hopefully others.
When he is trading a race before the off, he can click on a tiny icon which pops out a window with the Befair video of that race so he can see them going in the stalls and watch the start of the race. I do the same, but i have a spare screen with BF Video loaded up, and I hate using it.
It would be fantastic if BA had a similar icon so I could pop a video window up, sitting over my ladders, with a pin ideally to keep it in the same place (top right for example). I imagine this would be a very simple but very useful addition, could it be considered please?
I have added a screenshot of how it looks on his screen. I would love this in BA!
