Trading penalty shoot outs

Hello everyone

Whenever there is the chance of a penalty shoot out, I see Peter get rather excited on Twitter. As such, I was wondering how one go about trading penalties. Is it a case of backing the team that has the best win % in shootouts or something a little bit more intricate?

Lay the lowest price team (When under 2.0). And keep doing it as it alternates. I suspect every time a team scores a penalty there odds probably go under 2.

However I haven't started trading the footy yet.
